Coda Mini Quilt
This mini pattern was designed for an extended length back panel of the Coda Quilted Coat pattern, though it also makes an adorable mini quilt
When I created a coat with this pattern, I lengthened my coat by 4” (instructions for this are in the coat pattern) and curved the bottom hem down a bit to accomodate the size of the block.
The finished size of this quilt block is 25” x 31”. This length includes the shoulder space needed for the pattern piece, wiggle room for placing your pattern piece, as well as the flexibility to create a more dramatic hem curve in the back of the coat. When lengthening your coat pattern piece, be sure to check it against the quilt block to ensure the full design will be visible.
Note that this listing does not include the Coda Quilted Coat pattern.
